Taking place at Belfast Exposed, Emmanuelle Waeckerle who is co-founder/director of Book Room, (University of Creative Arts London) will talk about their efforts to engage with cultural, artistic and creative production through debate and dissemination of on the page works. She will also be sharing her wealth of knowledge and insight into the various ways in which the book, the magazine and other on page works provide a vehicle for the spread of photographic, graphic and text based work.
