TREMBLING HANDS BY WILLIS TURNER HENRY

Screened Daily: Times TBC

Hands are the most expressive part of the human body. They are the first to tangibly communicate sentiments.

Trembling Hands is about temporality and persistence, and is informed by research on the notion of belonging. The images move at a pace of 240 frames per second, with the performance choreographed to demonstrate what happens when reality and desire collide. Each scene is closely tied to the concept of grasping. Trembling hands seeks to create the wonder of "looking at a still through slight movements".
