
EXHIBITION LAUNCH: ROVING LIGHT

Roving Light is a multi-media exhibition of a selection of current QSS members curated by Gerard Carson. Roving Light takes its name from the origin of the meaning of "photography" as “light drawing” and aims to create a dialogue between photography and other mediums/processes (painting, sculpture, print, video, performance, etc) by presenting the use of photography as part of the artistic practice, as a direct means of producing works, but also as a means of documentation of finished works, works in progress or as a part of the research process.
Exhibiting artists are: Reuben Brown, Mollie Browne, Gerard Carson, Niamh Clarke, Jonathan Conlon, Amanda Coogan, Joy Gerrard, Karl Hagan, Frédéric Huska, Jan McCullough, Meadhbh McIlgorm, Grace McMurray, Jennifer Trouton.
